Lates & Absences

The school requires notification by 8:30 a.m. if your child will be late or absent. The preferred method of notification is through this form or by email at [email protected]. Please ensure to notify the office using this form, as this will prevent the office from contacting you to verify your child’s whereabouts. For each child, a separate submission is required. Your child’s classroom teacher will also receive a copy of this form, so you do not need to contact them individually.
