Registration
Online registration for the 2011/2012 school year will open on April 6 and will close April 15, 2010.
Access to Online Registration
The online registration system has a new address:
https://stpius.eastofseymour.com
Note: Your browser may give you a warning that the site's security certificate does not match the site address. This is because we do not yet have a certificate which includes all URL's for the system's domain name (i.e. *.eastofseymour.com). If you examine the certificate, you will see that it was issued for the domain “www.eastofseymour.com”. You may safely ignore this warning and accept the security certificate.
Login Name & Password
Log in credentials for every family were given out at the AGM in order to use the registration system. Here is how to log in to the registration system.
- Your Login Name is your last name, all lower case and with special characters removed (hyphens, spaces, apostrophes, etc). For example:
- If your last name is "Smythe-Jones",
- Your Login Name is "smythejones".
- If you share a last name with another family, your Login Name will have a number added to the end to make it unique (i.e. "smythejones1"). You will be contacted if this is the case.
- Your Password is the access code in the letter handed out at the AGM.
Note: Your login credentials will not work on the main Saint Pius X Elementary website, only on the registration system website.
Paperwork
To complete registration, every family must hand in the following paperwork along with their payment.
- Student Acknowledgement & Signature form (one per student being registered)
- Family Fee Schedule (one per family)
These will be produced by the registration system and must be printed, signed and handed in along with payment.
